Currently supporting one of the largest public health initiatives in the United States – Stop the Bleed – with project management, IT and fulfillment services.

Strider Development Services, LLC is led by Patrick O’Neill, a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and a service-disabled Veteran. Following his graduation, Patrick served in the US Army Corps of Engineers. Upon leaving active duty service, he began a private sector career that has spanned the technology, real estate, health care and energy sectors. He has founded several companies and served on the Boards of both public and privately held companies.
